Our vehicles are maintained in excellent shape and are not worn-out taxicabs. We have GPS in our vehicles in order to verify times and mileage but also to keep you safer. Austin Cab PTS

As a contracted Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) provider Austin PTS provides first rate chauffeured service to your clients each and every trip, regardless of length or price. We know how critical it is to get to an appointment comfortably, safely and on-time. Many of our customers are federal, state and local agencies as well as public and private hospitals, insurance companies and retirement communities. Our drivers provide unrushed door-to-door service in one-way, round trip or multi-stops with NO WAITING TIME unless you insist we wait. Otherwise we will drop and return when called. If it is an Out of Area (OA) trip we will sharge the dead miles from Austin to that location for pickup on the initial as well as the return or whenever the trip starts OA.

We are "different" and do not have any "normal" hours of operation except we work Mon-Fri on call until all passengers are transported to their appointments and returned home. Austin PTS will provide prompt and courteous service above your expectations because we operate like a limo company moreso than like a cab or bus company.

We started our paratransit services to help alleviate the waiting time that many dialysis patients were experiencing because of Capital Metro Access & CARTS' inability to provide timely return home services for passengers on Medicaid. Our GM is disabled and he understands the burden and pain of having to wait on uncaring drivers, which is why we constantly strive to go above and beyond with ours. If you are a passenger please have your insurance company contact us to experience a difference you have only dreamed about. We cannot take your order directly, our drivers carry nor accept any cash and all the service is pre-arranged and billed.
